Greetings Ramblers! I hope you all are having an amazing week! As I mentioned in yesterday's podcast, I will be sharing my DIY tutorial for a rustic/distressed bar cabinet! I know that sounds like a big and hard project, but I swear it really isn't! It does takes a couple of days to do, but mainly because of the drying time. So, go get a bar cabinet and your DIY thinking cap, and let's get started!

Another Monday, another long week ahead!
I hope you all are refreshed from the weekend and feeling ready to take on the week. I’ll be out on Friday to get my wisdom teeth removed, so I’m trying to play catch up as much as I can before I’m incapacitated.
Sometimes, I feel like a huge scatterbrain with my mind running a mile a minute. Life is crazy busy, and it can be easy to let go of goals and get sidetracked. As I mentioned at the beginning of this year, I wanted to practice more mindfulness, and bullet journaling has been helping me to do that.

Hello Ramblers! Happy Friday Junior! We are almost to the weekend and I can’t wait because it has been a hectic, not-much-sleep kind of week. I’m also excited for the weekend because it means I can do longer workouts and I can do them in the morning. Fingers crossed it’s actually warm enough to go running outside this weekend because I sure am getting tired of running my 10k on a treadmill. Even all these new Netflix shows aren’t keeping me entertained anymore.

As a 20-something year old woman, I’m sure I’m not alone is wishing I was thinner/ taller/ leaner/ stronger/ etc. The concept of beauty and health being one and the same is drilled into us from childhood. The media portrays a healthy woman as someone who is thin, fair, beautiful, and hairless. While we are getting better at displaying diversity in body types and shapes, skin color, and overall uniqueness; we still have a long way to go as a society.

Happy Valentine’s Day Ramblers!
No matter if you’re spending it with your significant other, friends, family, pets, or by yourself; I hope you have a wonderful day filled with love. After all, isn’t that what Valentine’s Day is all about? Love, whether it’s romantic or other? As someone who has spent all 21 of her Valentines as a single girl, I have learned that you can celebrate Valentine’s Day and have a fun and enjoyable time no matter what your relationship status is.

Hi Ramblers, It’s the season of love, and all the happy feelings are in the air! To all of you who are celebrating Valentine’s day on Thursday, congratulations! And to those who are in long distance relationships or practicing self-love this holiday, I’m sending you good vibes as well. This season, my boyfriend is studying abroad in Italy, so we’re not able to do gifts this year. However, almost seven years of gift giving has definitely given me some great experience in that department! So if you’ll still needing ideas to inspire your Valentine’s Day, check them out below!

Greetings Ramblers! I hope you are having a lovely and productive week. On my side, I have been in a very unproductive mood and am currently writing this blog in order to further procrastinate the hours of homework I have to do. Surprisingly, I actually don’t have as much homework as I did back in undergraduate school, but somehow, I am even less motivated to do it.

Happy Monday, Ramblers!
Last week, I had the pleasure of returning to my old school, CU Boulder, to be a guest speaker at a professional chapter that I was president of during my time in school. The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) meeting was on the importance of interviewing.
As I sat there sharing with current students vital tips and pieces of advice, it dawned on me just how critical the interview is in the stage of the job process. As a peer career advisor in school, part of my job was to coach undergraduate students of all majors in how to nail the interview process. I thought it would be helpful to share my best practices for you all, in case you are a young professional in the middle of the job/internship hunt!
